The creaming device with 400 kg of honey batch load is used for controlled crystallization during periodic processing of honey by stirring honey at a set temperature - this means the processes of decrystallization (reduction of crystal size), improving the texture (uniformity) and consumer (organoleptic) characteristics without loss of medicinal properties of the product.
This honey vacuum creamer is an inclined tank on a supporting structure with a heating / cooling jacket, which is equipped with a special mixing device for a frame with Teflon scrapers and a gravitational mixing method with an electric drive, a vacuum system and a control panel.
The equipment may be applied for melting leftover crystals following initial dissolution of honey. The machine is fitted with a specialized jacket for heating and cooling of honey while processing.
A characteristic feature of the new series of honey creamer is gravity mixing, which is 20-25% more efficient than conventional mixing!
The inclined design also makes it easier to unload the product after processing, because the centrifugal force and gravity force !

When processed with a vacuum system, the honey is partially deaerated and the cooling process, which is essential for the creaming process, is also faster.
The control panel is equipped with a controller for automatic setting of operating cycles and mixing equipment.

Machine benefits compared to standard honey creaming equipment is its tilting construction that allows:
• easier unloading of the product after processing
• more effective mixing with the aid of a mixer. The mixer pulls the honey to the highest point and due to gravity, the honey moves down to the bottom, when the agitator forces it to go up again.
